Autumn Festival In Bengal.
By Niranjan Ojha.
Seeds of autumn Festival spring up through nature.
Nature adorns itself with lilies and siulies
Dressed a frock of milky white kash flower.
Mild cold breeze dances accross over the vast green fields
Pady leaves dance as waves of sea.
And mighty heart of bengal becomes jocund
All are ln festive mood
Ready to welcome Sradiah
High and low, rich and poor
All are in competitive mood.
To adorn themselves in colourful fashion.
And rush to the gorgeous alter of Saradia
To fetch her blessing. But a little sight of ragged men and women
Half naked boys and girls beg blessings of Saradia.
Brush a black screen all over the scene of Saradotsab of Bengal.
